Charles River Fitness is doing its part to help people stay active, fit, and -- most importantly -- safe during these difficult times.

Currently only one-on-one sessions are being scheduled in the spacious, airy, and private 1,200 square-foot studio with a half-hour gap between sessions to allow for clean-up, sanitizing, and air circulation. Temperatures are checked before every session and masks are required for all clients.

I want you to feel just as confident about the cleanliness of the studio as you do about my skills as a fitness professional. By limiting the number of people per week who enter the studio, I can help you achieve your fitness goals in the safest and cleanest environment possible.

We're all in this together and by working together to maintain a safe and positive workout space, we can -- hopefully -- all come out of this with our minds, bodies, and spirits stronger than ever.
